By accessing or using Pastyx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Pastyx is a web-based markdown paste sharing platform. It allows users to create, share, and optionally protect text-based pastes. The Service is provided free of charge and without warranty.

You agree not to use Pastyx to post content that: • Is illegal under any applicable law or regulation • Infringes any intellectual property right • Contains malware, phishing links, or other malicious code • Constitutes spam, harassment, or hate speech • Exploits or harms minors in any way • Attempts to circumvent or attack the Service's infrastructure We reserve the right to remove any paste and/or block access for violations of these terms without prior notice.

You retain full ownership of the content you post. By creating a paste, you grant Pastyx a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of your pastes and any consequences arising from sharing them.

Pastyx does not require user accounts. If you create a paste with an edit key, that key is your sole means of managing (editing or deleting) the paste. Pastyx cannot recover lost edit keys or passwords.

Pastyx is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, data retention beyond any stated expiry, or uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pastyx and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pastyx and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with that law.
